Our Mission
Carolyn’s Heart was organized in response to the social problems that are faced within the communities of Alachua County. We will help promote social welfare and provide aid to those without access to such necessities.
Financial Assistance
To provide aid to those who need assistance with basic needs and provide financial literacy to build stronger families.
We will accomplish this by:
• Providing emergency assistance with basic needs such as rent and utilities
• Providing free financial literacy training to teach money management
• Providing access to career resource hubs that will prepare clients to find jobs or better positions within their current workplace with assistance that includes, but is not limited to, resume writing and interviewing skills.
Vision
Our vision is to not only provide aid to those community members who need assistance with basic needs but to also provide financial literacy on effective money management and promote sustainability that breaks the curse of generational poverty and financial literacy thereby building stronger individuals, families, and communities.

On October 24, 2020, my mother, Carolyn Jackson, transitioned from her Earthly labor and received her Heavenly reward. While here, my mother dedicated her life to helping others in any way that she could, she often would give her last if it meant someone would be in a better position. She was a true giver and her compassion was beyond measure! She was truly an extension of God’s Hands and Feet on Earth and Carolyn’s Heart, Incorporated is purposed to fulfill her legacy by continuing the work she so humbly started!
